Standing your moral ground won’t be an easy task at the beginning of the month when some of your subject matter turns out to be more taboo than the norm. No one will deny that you’ve got a point and yours will be a hard case to argue but it will be mind opening. Mid month, however, steer clear of a “holier than thou” attitude in the office as your colleagues may feel that your behaviour is out of line. While you may want to be in control at all times, doing so with dictatorial force is not the way to go about it! When the second New Moon of the month passes through the area of career and recognition on the 30^th, you’ll be able to discipline yourself and make steps to improve efficiency. Fine tuning your approach goes a long way and you’ll be impressed when you begin to see the results.
